Some of us have transcended collars altogether. My typical work attire consists of levi's, a colorful t-shirt of some sort with cars/cobras/whatever graphics or logo, and sandles. I have so much of their intellectual property locked up in my head that I doubt they would care much if I showed up naked. When there is something important going on I wear levis and a t-shirt with the company logo and my best tennies. Its taken me 25 years to get where I'm at, and I'm just as happy as a pig in $hit!

I'm leaving for work this morning and I'm pretty sure my collar is green! If I see an alloy car I will check they tell me that the reflections are nice.

Sheesh...I wear green pajamas at work and they don't have a collar at all. Maybe that's part of my problem. But I do love my blue-collar car!

My theory is a cobra replica is a hot rod. I built mine to be as original looking as possible, but I don't think it is any better than the guy with orange flames and a chevy motor in it. The fastest cobra at the Fling was a small block chevy with a pro stock hood scoop. Man, he was quick! I think most of the problem is with the owner, not the car. Be it Shelby aluminum or Factory 5, it is still a cobra and the owner is part of the family.

All this talk makes me want to be the ultimate socially inept snob on the planet. I am going to build my own chassis, get a fiberglass body and glue aluminum from my my used Mountain Dew cans on it and polish it. Then I will have the best of both worlds. Then I am putting an FE destroked to 351 cubes. Ahhh. Then I will slip some 15" tires on 17" wheels, paint some gold spokes, magnetically mounted single/dual/full hoop depending on the situation. Of course my wife will divorce me and take my current Cobra with her. Then when I get back on my meds...

Whats the problem, I thought the masses love French's.

Lets remember our manners. I'll remind you that proper decorum is required. Not having a Shelby is no excuse for poor manners.
