Bob ..What;s the maximum recomended weight? Do you remember Randy Hardigan? I think he was one of the original guys at ERA. I went to high school with he and his brothers...

The previous hitch was made to be invisible when (easily) removed, and, because of that, the design had some limitations. I would like to limit the tongue weight to 150 lbs and trailer brakes would be very nice too. I'm just worried about the effect of adding 2000 lbs to the braking load. The Chassis will be fine with 1000 lbs force fore and aft, and 500 lbs vertical.
Randy never worked for us, but he helped us a lot with the first car's details (which was his).
