I assume that you've already checked out the E-M web site and have seen that it was updated in June and that there will be a new version of the chassis. There is a picture of the new chassis on the web site but it's too small and the resolution is too low to see all of the details. I'm in the process of building an E-M car too and I'm not sure if the factory will still have parts for the "old" generation chassis. I sent them an email but never did get a response.
I talked with Fred Gimbel from Autovision (717-382-4312) and it looks like he will be able to supply a lot of E-M compatible parts if you're interested. He was (might still be) a builder of E-M cars. I believe he is also a builder of Power Performance Cobras ( www.pwrperformance.com) which are VERY similar to the E-M Cobra. Fred has made some improvements to the E-M Cobra which I plan on incorporating when I get to that stage of assembly.

*** OF GREAT WORTH *** And JESUS asked again, The Kingdom of GOD, how shall we think about it, and to what can it be compared? Is it not like a Dark blue 427 Cobra, which a man found parked on his street one day? He hurried off and sold all that he had; the 57 Thunderbird, the 63 Stingray, the XKE, and bought the dark blue 427 Cobra. The disciples frowned and scraped their feet; JESUS grinned and popped the clutch. --- Harris Wolfe
