Default A new SPF color....???

On a recent trip to Ohio I stopped by Dynmaic Motorsports.
They had a stunning red colored car with silver strips waiting to be picked up by the customer - it was so attractive I asked what the color was - the reply was that it was a new SPF color that was about 4 months old.

I have gone in a different direction - manufacturer-wise - and would rather determine this new color (if in fact it is a SPF color and not a special order color) by means other than having to call Dynamic and say "Remember me............etc., etc!"

Any help on this guys?? Thanks, Ron

Ron,
I believe that the color was "sunset red". There was also a similar SPF with titanium stripes which was equally impressive.

Dan, thank you for the response!! Was that your car by chance??
Seems that the stripes were titanium not silver. Do you know if Sunset Red is a proprietory color mix or a clone from another car manufacturer??

I was really impressed with the color scheme!! Thanks again, Ron

Ron,
my SPF is Laser Red with Dust Gold stripes. The Sunset Red is a clone color but I don't recall exactly what vehicle. Give Dean Rosen a call he'll give you the specifics!

The car you saw is indeed Sunset Red. You can see pictures of one with a titanium stripe in my gallery.

That's a beautiful car! Very similar to Doug Reeds in New Orleans.

The SPF group does a wonderful job.

Thanks for the help guys - much appreciated.

You can expect to see this color on my 'being-built' E-M sometime in January.

If anyone can pin down the paint code/source I would appreciate that also.
