MORGAN,
YOU REMEMBER IT RIGHT. THE FLIP TOP IS ALMOST BACK TO "NORMAL". THINK PAINT THIS WEEK. AT THUNDERHILL ACOUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I TOOK THE DRAGONSNAKE FOR A "SPIN"ON THE BACK COUNTRY ROADS. IT IS REAL SNAPPY, BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF CSX2192. THE FLIP TOP IS THE ONE THATS A HANDFULL ON THE TRACK.....THINK SNAKEYES THOUGHT THE SAME AND HE WAS ONLY IN THE PADDOCK. SEE YOU AT T.H IN APRIL?
TERRY

Question for Tim G:

Would the fellow you recently ran into at a show possibly have been named Jim Fields? Jim worked with Brad Wagner, the original owner of 3007, when it was being campaigned on the drag strip back in the '60's.

Default For you Dragon Snake lovers....

Here's a shot of CSX2427 I took a few years ago at the Detroit AutoRama Hot Rod show:

The car looked like new, and was sporting Webers under the hood.

I think that was the first time I have ever seen a Dragon Snake in person. Pretty cool cars that helped build the legend that we all know and love.

regards,

jeff

I have a Cobra kit that I was told is a copy of a Dragon. I am new to this. How can I determine what I have?

Firstly, welcome.

You may need to make several more posts before you can post pictures of your car, so in the mean time, give us a description of what you have. Is it already built, or is it a kit requiring building?

Cheers,
Glen
