ACC member Sunday Cobra sightings Coronado Bridge

I happened to be crossing the Coronado bridge Sunday morning in a cab around 9:50 heading back from breakfast at he Del Coronado hotel and about half way accross spotted a silver Cobra heading from San Diego to Coronado on the bridge. A few more cars past and then there was a black one with 2 on board. Then all of a sudden there was a raft of vipers. Then there was a nice white GT350 then a red Mustang with white striping then more vipers. Were you all going to a show? Wish I knew about it but I had to meet clients for golf at Steel Canyon. Any body from this board in those Cobras? I saw signs for Chrysler Classic Speed Festival maybe you all were heading there.

Alex - I wasn't in one of 'those' Cobras (I probably crossed the bridge about 0900), but we were all going to the same place: the Chrysler Classic races at NAS North Island. Very cool stuff. Some pics and info on FFCobra forum:

I crossed the bridge about that time in a Blue/White SPF. Also heading for the speed festival. Great day with lots of great cars.

Sure wish I had known about that! The golf actually was not good (rotten score) but scenery was great. Sure would have rather joined you guys and met some of the west coast Cobra owners.
