Branda Performance Stuck me
Ordered a pair of Cobra mats $29.95,cheap enough, didn't arrive, said they didn't get order info from the internet but they sent me an internet confirmation of order. Ordered again over phone, came in about 10 days. Only thing is they sent me a set for a mustang,Can get them from the local auto store, not what i wanted or ordered.shipping more than 3 times quoted cost. Sent email requesting credit on difference, never got a reply. Got stuck once, will never happen again !!!!!!!Buyer Beware!

I've ordered several items from them over the years and never had a problem. I'd call Tony and relay your experience. He'll address the problem quickly and your order will be corrected.

I also have had great service from Tony Branda. I hope this is an isolated incident.

It looks to me like the floor mats you ordered may be for a "Mustang". I'm confused as to what the floor mats are supposed to fit.

While I can't say that I have a lot of experience with Branda, I have purchased a few things from them with no problems. I received what I ordered at the correct price and on time.

I ordered a pair of Stelling & Helling air cleaners from Branda, and one of them arrived with two bottems and no top.
Tony sent a new one overnight because I was leaving the next day. He probably lost money on the deal....but he made it right.

BRANDAS top notch
Calm Down aiboat,
Been dealing with Tony since the 70's, top notch service, out of most I've delt with, never lost a cent on one order in 20 plus years. He'll get it right.
You picked the wrong pair, or the guy in the warehouse did, simple.
If I remember, he only has only two types of roadster mats, neither fit the way your car is fabricated, however.

I also had a similar problem. Ordered a Cobra tie and recieved a Mustang Tie. I emailed the guy who emailed me with order confirmation, told him of the problem, mailed the tie back and they sent a replacement, another Mustang tie. This time I called and talked to Tony. He overnighted me the correct Cobra Tie after which I mailed the wrong tie back. I have purchased from them for ten years, they have been great and even this time they made it right. I think the overnight mail blew any profit and I hope Tony replaced the idiot in his warehouse but I guess not.

Hey its about customer service.
I purchased a few items from Tony and they were delivered to me on the other side of the world. I was impressed as special care was taken in both packaging and delivery.
I serve over 10,500 customers per week in my business and the only ones I hear from are the orders my staff f#@+ up.
It sounds like Tony may have stuffed up this once, but I see a lot of positive feedback supporting Tony and that tells me he has some satisfied customers out there.
In my business I would be pissed off if someone came on a public forum like this before I got an opportunity to remedy the problem.
Congratulations to everyone who like me is satisfied and got on here. My concern again is how many people read the Thread heading/title and don't read the responses. Or worse still how many read it before satisfied customers responded.
Its all about customer service and hell we would all have great businesses if we didnt' have to deal with people.

I called and spoke to someone there, should have gotten the name but i didn't. He said something like " I dont have time for just mats." Not his exact words but thats what it amounted to.I sent an email got an invalid tracking number from Karl. Sent an email about the tripled shipping and still have not gotten a reply. I posted a few days later. I'll sell or give away the nice set of MUSTANG mats that was sent to me and move on,lesson learned. I must admit,I have never talked to Tony.

Man, Karl is who straightened out a problem with them for me, and I had the stuff way over 30 days and they straightened it out! They sold me a New sway bar that was for Small Block Shelby And I have a 428 GT 500. sent it back and got credit as they should not have sold it to me in the first place knowing my engine size (It rubs the oil pan and filter) I also met Tony at Carlisle and thought he was great to deal with. I urge you to contact him..

I have to jump on the bandwagon and suggest something is screwed up here. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Branda Performance since the '70's, and Tony and his crew have always fixed anything that wasn't right. I don't think they're going to change business plans now.

Got a call from Karl this afternoon,he is taking the mats back and said a full refund will be given. UPS will be picking up soon. Will advise as to the outcome. Thanks all for your input.
