Default The color of the CSX Brochure car

Does any one know the color of the CSX4000 brochure car that appears in the magazine ads and also on the front of XK Unlimited Brochure...

The color on the CSX4000 brochure was the original Anniversary PPG Blue for the Cobra's 35th anniversary. You can view the color in my pics. There are only a hand full that are painted this color.

Mark Roe's color is different, as he has one of the beautiful Anniversary Issued Cobra's.

CSX2000 is a different blue. It's my understanding that the 35th Anniversary PPG Blue is a new color created in conjuction with Shelby and Finish Line Motorsports in Las Vegas.

The 40th anniversary blue is Intense Blue PPG 5357........... my next color! Full street, no stripes. Beautiful color.

Bill--thanks for the the nice words--

Rick--Every time I'm asked the color of the car I think of you--you were the first one to do the research and come up with the PPG number--and I keep forgetting to write it down

BTW--my car is actually on pgs 3, 11 (engine and trans--blue)12, 13, 17 and 20 (the dash/glove box picture)
