I'm running a custom grind hydraulic roller cam from Comp Cams. The grind was constrained by wanting to keep the stock valve springs on my AFR185 heads. Here's my specs:

It might be best to have a custom cam designed for your motor. I did for my 393 and have been happy with the results.
I don't have my cam card in front of me, but the stats are:
586, 595 lifts
240, 244 duration at .05
and 110 LSA
I paid an extra $50 to have my engine builder come up with this profile. I thought it was worth it.

Question

Pete - Just curious. Have you had this motor or car on a dyno? I would just like to know what kind of HP you are getting with this grind and AFR 185's. Thanks - Len

Len - I'm still building my car, so I haven't had it on a dyno yet.
