nitrous help

I want to put nitrous on my cobra. I am a victim of myself and the never ending pursuit of power. I have never used or set up a car on NOS does any have any suggestions, guidelines, and changes to top or bottom of engine? Does the nitrous require me to rejet my carb or change timing?
I would appreciate any help in tis matter.
My engine comes straight from ford motorsports 351w with 400Hp
Was enough now it is not. Fighting my own speed demons the best way I can.
