Ford Swap all Week-END (not all WEEK)
Rick -
Your fingers must have slipped on your keyboard - I'm sure you meant to say "all week-end". This swap is normally a week-end event rather than an "all week" event.
The all Ford Swap Meet at the Columbus (Ohio Expo Center) this coming week-end is one of the best around. There are two major Ford Swap Meets down there, one in the Spring around Easter, and the Fall one that comes up this week-end. The Fall one is always Thanksgiving week-end. Friday it is open to vendors for set-up. Saturday it opens to the public at 9:00AM.
About 90% of it is indoors - there are a few cars and a few spaces outdoors, but most of it is inside four buildings. I have found all of the really unusual stuff here - from aluminum 351C heads to Webers to original Cobra "Sunburst" wheels. Whatever you are looking for, chances are, you can find it there.
Tony Branda is always there, as well as Fran Kress, Pony Carburetors, etc., etc.
The Expo Center is even close enough (about 15 minutes) to go to dinner at the same Quaker Steak & Lube that everybody has enjoyed at the past two DVSF events.
Hope to meet some of you guys there.
regards,
Jeff
