Looking for a Cobra

I've been looking for a Cobra for about six months now. I'd like to spend between 25,000 and 30,000 tops. Not looking for a huge engine, just a fun weekend driver that I can work on from time to time. Would like a top and heater if possible so I can extend the season.Two reasons keep coming up keeping me from buying anything yet. Titling and insurance!!! I looked at one, but the title had been issued somewhere on the east coast as a 1965 ford convertible. Talked to the forums here and was advised to steer clear of it. What should the title read to be legal? I live in Illinois. Second is the insurance issue. Just by reading this forum it seems that more and more problems are cropping up with people having trouble getting insurance for their cobra's. Guy's, this scares the hell out of me. I can just visualize having a Cobra sitting in the garage without being able to get insurance for it. Am I being overly pessimistic, or is the insurance issue really becoming a problem.
