I have seen this car up close and visited their shop in Connecticut (not too far from ERA). These cars have BMW suspension and brakes as well as BMW rear end. The bodies are made in South Africa (if memory serves me well) and the paint and finish are quite nice. Team C has a DVD that they can send to you, it is fun to watch. They go over all the details of the car and then take it out for a test drive.
I have not seen the kits, I have just seen the rolling chassis cars. The rolling chasis is already painted just waiting for the engine and transmission. Although a 427 SC type, I do not think a big block can fit in so a 289 or 351 would be a good engine. Tremec is the transmission they use.
The rolling chasis appears to be a good value for the money and the folks there at Team C are very nice to talk to. I have not seen one of their kits.
