Uncommon as it is, "common sense" would say that if you offer 500 numbers (or widgets, beers, cigars, whatever), and those 500 are gone in two weeks, that there is a demand for more numbers. Its ALL revenue for the State. Supply and Demand. Maybe Arnold will see the need for more revenue-generating numbers, and get some legislation passed!
