Just want to underscore what Bob said about safety wire. Fasteners, or in this case spinners, can work themselves loose given enough time and/or vibration and stress. Anyone who has worked on aircraft either in the military or civilian world can attest to this. Safety wire is the one way to ensure that your wheels stay put so by all means use the lead hammer to get the right amount of torque but then safety wire your spinners in place, observing the proper rotation for each side of your vehicle. Don't gamble with your lives.
