Need Pics! Tonneau Cover
I am ready to order a tonneau cover from my local top shop. I have a red car with a tan interior, but I'm leaning toward a black tonneau. My top shop guy is recommending a tan tonneau cover to match the interior, but I'm still thinking black. Can anyone with any pics of their cobra with a tonneau cover please send pics? I will appreciate ANY tonneau pics. Especially if you have a black tonneau with an interior color that is not black. But I reiterate, any pics will be a big help. You can post them here on Club Cobra in this thread, or e-mail them to chris@citatus.cc . That's right it's ".cc" not ".com".
Anything will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
/Chris

If it's any help, I once owned a British Racing Green '72 MG Midget with tan interior. The tonneau cover and soft top however , were black.

Here ya go. I use mine mostly to cover the cockpit, in which case color is kinda irrelevant, but I also drive with the pass. side covered in which case it depends upon whether the mistmatch bothers you. Black is certainly more period-correct.

P.S. The pic is a little dark (best my interior garage lights and flash could muster), and it's too dang cold to put the car outside.
The flaps and cutouts around the roll bar and the split between driver and pass. side are sealed with velco. Works really well.

Yep Rick, P-51 (not finished yet). I was pretty addicted to building and flying RC airplanes (7 so far including an F4U Corsair and haven't lost one yet), before my Cobra showed up in August. They've been a little neglected lately. They're great fun to build and a challenge to fly, but not a cheap hobby, just like Cobras.

Maybe so, but you can actually sit behind the wheel and drive your Cobra.

Don't think I have any pix, but I'' look.
Car is metalic red, no stripes. Interior is red and black. Top is black. Tonneau is red. Top used in cold and wet weather. Tonneau used in hot to chilly, and dry weather. Do not use black for a Tonneau. Too damn! hot!!! Match it with the car color instead.
