Question original or replica Cobra...

...shirt?

I just picked up a COBRA team shirt like the ones used in '64 and '65. It's the blue "bowlers" shirt with the soft white underarms, COBRA embroidered on the back and the CS patch on the front. I know Branda was selling replicas of these so I'm wondering how you can tell an original from a replica? The one I have was made by a maker in Los Angeles. No tags stating it's material (I think it's cotton?)

Trivial question, but I'm curious.

Thanks,

Francis

 Well it does smell a little "funky" but it's lacking any Castrol R or race fuel odors

Anybody know how to tell? My nose hasn't been calibrated correctly

I think we can answer this question using the same logic as is used to determine if a car is a Real Cobra or not...

Did you make a contribution to the Carroll Shelby Children's Foundation when you bought it? If YES, then it's Real, if NO, then it's a replica.
