Wow.....100% unanimity on a CC thread! Agree Brent, that it was well handled. As someone who was also 12 when the originals started arriving at Ford dealerships, I have found this forum extremely valuable.

It's CSX owners like this that give Evan a bad name.
Well done Brent.

Having forgotten more about LIFE than your problem child will ever know I applaud your response and, for one, will not miss him. Oops I forgot, since he doesn't seem to have ever posted I won't miss him.

No one.
Brent, please forward my response to this person.
"You may have been given a ride in one, you may have even owned one. But you certainly never were part of one.
I am sorry that your life has left you so bitter and full of contempt. There isn't anything we can do to help you with that.
I am also sorry that I would write a note like this as it is uncommon for me to do so.
Leave and go back to the country club where you sit and please do not venture here anymore. We are much to alive for you to grasp from your small world."
Brent, you can include my user name.

We all know guys like this, who have an original or a neo original.
They tend to keep to themselves at auto shows, sneering at the
people who have replicas. They don't seem to be a very happy bunch. Pity them, they haven't had the enjoyment of screwing together their own "Cobra". Pompous asses all of them!

Brent, you sure can't please everyone every time. In a group this size of over 9000 members, there will always be some sour grapes. These kind of people not only were not breast fed but are generally unhappy with life and are not well respected or can survive in a community. They become alienated and are unwelcome at social gatherings and probably hated by their family members and siblings. Unfortunately, there will always be some more of these amongst us, but that won't keep us from enjoyibg each other's company here at CC. So great work Brent and thanks for being the webmaster who has to take all the sh*t.

Brent,
Really ....you were much too kind.......to a guy who thinks big feet equal a large IQ..the man is obviously suffering ....just shoot him now......its the only kindness he needs.

Maybe he knows SOMETHING about Cobras, maybe he don't know as much as he thinks!
As had been pointed out, owning something doesn't automatically qualify you as an expert.
One thing for sure: There are to many VERY sharp people around here to try to fool the Club about ANYTHING! You WILL be busted if your talking bull.......

What a shame!!
Brent,
Well handled! I do have some concerns (but not much) about "the person", as his claim to high IQ certainly is not backed by his writing style or paragraph structure. I wonder if his claim of ownership is valid, since we cannot research his claim of ownership without a csx #. This I find odd, as all the owners of original Shelby Cobras- not trying to start something, so I am referring to those produced fron 1963 to 1967- are quite proud of their cars and whatever history is attached, while his is hidden.
We see on occasion a person come here and lay claim to something, and when you delve beneath the surface and investigate you find the truth to be vastly different, and I suspect this unnamed individual could not handle a little examination.
I also find his reference to your mother interesting, and I find it very odd that he would bring that up "if" he were indeed close to my age as he suggests!
Ass looks like a good fit , and good riddance!

Well done Brent!! I drove an original 427 back in 1966 but that hardly makes me an expert.....just an addict! People on this site are a wealth of information, and I'd bet that among members like mrmustang and others, any Cobra related information could be had. I posted a question about round versus square tail lights and got a very intelligent explanation with no attitude. See you at Fling IV.

His problem is not in the duration of breast feeding but that it was his father breast feeding him.

Brent: Well done. However, I think you spent too much time trying to communicate with that Bozo. I don't think he was worth the time.
Turk: No, you aren't the only a$$hole magnet in here. But you certainly set the standard.
