Default North American International Auto Show

Hi All!

Here's some digital images taken yesterday at the NAIAS in Detroit. Some are of the new Fords (Cobra, GT, and Mustang) others are just cars I found interesting. Click on the link below and it will take you to my Shutterfly account. While the site is for sharing images (mostly friends and family) and allowing people to buy prints (that's how Shutterfly makes its money), it can also be used just to look. Once there, click on the "View Pictures" button and a slideshow will start.

By the way, while I am a professional photographer, these are not for sale. If you like one of these low res images, feel free to have what you want printed (I make no money from this). They will print with acceptable quality up to about 5x7. If you want a hi res, larger image, post your request on this thread and send me an email address. I'll be happy to email you a better quality image. The larger images show some really nice detail. Keep in mind that if you have one of the free email services (like Hotmail, etc,), they give you VERY limited space in your "In" box. The hi res files may not be accepted as they are too large (up to 12 megs, depending on size and resolution).

Also, the reason why there are so many close ups is because of the crowds. Step back far enough to photograph the whole car and people walk in front of you.

Enjoy!

Thanks, Stephen.

I can sympathise with regard to your comment about folks walking in front of you while taking a photo at a show like this. I was in Frankfurt this past year with over a 1,000,000 visitors. Incredible. The automobile is truely an intoxicating creation. Hope your feet have recovered.

Thanks for sharing.
