The cat is out of the bag!!!
After some lengthy negotiations between Dave Smith and myself (no oranges, handmaidens, or rose petals were even mentioned ), and some truly creative negotiations with my wife, (with promises to let her behind the wheel), FFR3047GT will soon be winging it's way to my garage here in northern, NJ. MSO has arrived (thanks Dave) and we (Debbie, Josh, and I) cannot wait for the new addition to our family to arrive.
Sincerely,
Bill S & Family
PS:
Going to be interesting to see what arrives, as the last time I saw this car, it was sitting on the showroom floor just after it's "double humps" were removed,
then was painted Silver

Congrats Bill. By the way, why was the de-humping performed?

Bill,
Congrats, to you and Debbie and Josh. So is she gonna have her own set of keys to it?
You know we're friends, right?... Friends give friends rides, right?...
Looking forward to seeing it. Hopefully in June at Washingtons' Crossing.
Steve

Tony,
The "dehumping" was done after reviewing feedback from their target audience.
Steve,
Rides, absolutely, a spare set of keys, you'll have to fight Debbie for...personally, my money is on her .

Bill,
Congrats! That is the only car that my wife has said she would like BEFORE I asked her if she would want one.
I think it is a great looking car. Enjoy in all good health.

Bill,
congrats !
I wanted that car also...
can you ask them to put the humps back on?
that would make a one-of-a-kind vehicle!
I'm definately thinking anout building a Spyder also after seeing pictures of a 4.6 in a coupe.
Again Congrats to you and your wife.
are you keeping this one or selling it?

Q
Bill,
When I read a write up in Kit Car about this car they had a car painted Red. Is this the same car repainted silver?
I think the car looks great. Enjoy!

yes I think the car was red and wasn't that article photoed in CA? And owned by someone there--or am I confusing things again?

Re: Q
The red car is the first actual "production" Spyder.
The silver one started life as a Coupe, then was converted to a convertible "prototype............

Schwing!
Congrats, Bill. That's a hell of a nice-looking ride, and about as unique as anything out there--
