The first one was an origional 289 cobra with webbers.

Another time we went to see an origional 427S/C that was for sale. This one however for some reason had a pro built Chevy 427 with webbers on it. The owner took me for a ride in it. By far the loudest thing I have ever been in. That car got sold to a guy in California. I later heard it was driven over a cliff while in California. If it really did happen I don't know if the car and driver survived.

Finially even better I got to drive an old Can-Am car that was converted and licensed for the street. It was a Huffaker Genie with a ford 351W and webbers. About 1500 lbs. It was faster than the 427 S/C! Never will forget that.

Because of the business I was in, I got to drive a lot of early Ferraris. Just the rare ones alone are: 250GT MM, 250GT TdF, 250GT Series II Cabriolet, 250GT SWB California Spyder, 250GT Lusso. Although most of these were just "around the block" so to speak, I will never forget the impression they have left on me. I also got to drive a real 427SC about 15 years ago around the block that left a lasting impression on me.
