Location of windshield wiper box holes?

Can anyone give me the dimensions (generalized dimensions are Okay) to the locations where I need to drill my holes for the windsheild wiper boxes? I want to make sure I put them in a location common with other cobras. I'm looking for something like: so many inches away from the windsheild supports and so many inches away from the windsheild base (or some other means of doing this). Can anyone help?

Lucas wipers (brand new)

Red mine are 21 1/2" O.C. from out side windsheild post on the Pass.side & 11" O.C. from drivers and the top edge the post just touches the windsheild rubber.
