Contemporary started in 1988 and completed in 1995.
Ditto on 'member of the family'; albeit the most spoiled. 48IDA is correct that the improvements (spending!) never ceases.

A little over 4 years & climbing!!
Well,
My son & I picked up my new (then) SPF from Doug Reed & drove it home from New Orleans to Dallas the next day- October 20, 1999. I have a bit over 13,000 miles on it & I hope the thrill never fades....& so far there is no chance of that!!

Put my deposit down in November of 94, brought it home June 30, 1995 and had it registered and on the road June of 96. Don't ask me to do the math.

I've had mine 3 months. I've owned several corvettes new and old and nothing draws attention more than a cobra. I take it out for a spin almost every night the weather is great.

I bought SPF #117 after 25 years of dreaming about one after watching The Gumball Rally as a youngster. I have a sneaky feeling I will keep it for a while although I have only owned it for 5 weeks.

Edley,
Interesting subject. I bought the Arntz in 1981 as a basket case. I finally got it together in 1986 and spent 6 months getting it registered. Been improving it ever since. Wow, 23 years sure went by fast!
