First Test Drive a Success
I took my Shell Valley out of the garage for the first time since Nov 14 when the car was delivered. This time it was under its' own power. The 418 sounds strong and feels even stronger. The car is a blast to drive and I hope to have it licensed this week. I posted some of todays photos in my user section so please enjoy!
Many thanks to all the Shell Valley Crew, especially Bruce, Dana and Zoomer for all their help. I could not have had my Cobra road ready in 5 months if not for them. |

Congrats! You have a cool car. Now that the smile has worn down a little...go back under the car and see what bolts fell out! :D You can never be too sure. Have a great day and congrats again on getting it done. I know it is a BIG source of satisfaction to get it done. David:) :) :) |

:3DSMILE: Good to see you have a smile on your face. Even though my car was not painted, I enjoyed every minute of that first drive and can remember every bit about it. Well I have done 9,000 miles since November 2003 and reluctantly it goes off the road to the paint shop. I guess I will have withdrawals. The second, third and fourth drive only get better.
