Turn signal malfuction

I have an appointment Monday at 2pm to get my Cogra inspected and emissions tested and all of a sudden my turn signals are acting up. When I push the indicator to the right the right rear light blinks but not the front. The left turn system does not work at all. I am getting power out of the turn signal switch (both sides) and all of the fuses are ok. Also the indicator lights on the dash do not blink when the turn signals ae activated. When using the hazard lights, all four corners blink as well as the dash indicator lights. HELP!!!!

First thing to check is the bulbs. I know is sounds dumb, but a bad bulb can cause serious problems with some systems. Look carefully at the filament and then "flick" the bulb with your finger. If the element is loose, you will see it vibrating all over the place. A good bulb filament will not move at all when you flick it.

From there, check to make sure you have GOOD grounds in the system.

From there, check the flasher.
