Default Met DV Jr. at Carlisle today

Just wanted to let DV know that I met Jr. at Carlisle today and you can be proud to have such a great son. He was pushing the tickets and the telling anyone who got too close to the trailer about the Fling. Hopefully, my car is still running so I can make the trip. Just have to rearrange some schedules so I can attend. Again DV, what a great kid !

I saw DV at the show yesterday also. That was an amazing car! I loved that paint job, it was one of the best ones I have saw at Carlisle so far. When I was admiring the snake painted on the underside of the hood, some jerk came up from around the trailer and said that "they ruined it by putting a Chrysler V10 in it." I for one really liked the idea of a 8.0 V10 in a Cobra. I will remember that car for a long time. It sure beat the Yenkos I was looking in looks!

Thanks so much for the kind words and I know Randy "DV Jr." will certainly appreciate it too!

We have a long family conversation that goes something like, Hi, this is my #1 son, Randy. Randy with a small warning scowl on his face usually says, "I'm your only son." I think ya, but he still doesn't get it. He still IS my #1 son!

Hope you guys bought some raffle tickets, I'd sure like to keep my baby in the family!

DV...the count down has begun! If you come...you WILL come back!

The guy that said that the car was ruined probably is a street rodder with a Chevy motor in his Ford . Nothing wrong with Chevys, gotta admit I had a couple. But as I got older, I got wiser. I think. Whatever makes it go and loud is good !

The DV car goes beyond the "can you put something other than a Ford in a Cobra" argument.

Period. Anyone who says otherwise is WRONG.
