Default What's the BIGGEST item you have hauled in your Cobra?

What is the BIGGEST (non-human!) item you have hauled in your Cobra? A night stand? a real big tire and wheel combo? A small tree? An engine block!?! A small chest of drawers? Today I had a chance to haul some old window frames, with glass, from some old house that was being torn down. Six windows, about 24" x 30", in wood frames, with the glass mostly intact.
Fortunatley, I put the windows on the blanket that I carry in the trunk; unfortunatley, they were VERY dusty/dirty, and caused quite the dust cloud in my wake. Again fortunatley, I did not have to drive far!

Good thing I don't weigh any more than 180.
Otherwise I would have a hard time fitting my a$$ and my ego in that small space.

So the correct answer has to be my head!

Damn! He did say "non-human" didn't he? Yup my head!!

I have put lots of ordinary things in my old LAE but the one thing that would qualify for this thread is a "Toddler Bed" that I carried from San Luis Obispo, CA to Pocatello, Idaho for my Grandaughter's third birthday.

I built a sub frame that attached to my full width roll bar and the rear bumper support tubes. I wrapped the bed in plastic to keep it dry (rain was expected, and encountered), and had the bottom of the bed high enough I could see under it in the rear view mirror.

When I stopped at a motel for my one night on the road stay, I put the cover over the whole thing and it looked like a small SUV or station wagon.

Last year I bought a bed extender for my Ford Supercrew pickup on Ebay. Too costly to ship according to the seller. So while in Houston (After a Saturday trip to Austin) I picked it up and drove the 100 miles home. Even after disassembling it, the bars were quite bulky and I wrapped towels around everything and fastened it in with the 5pt harness. Looked ridiculous, but what the hell.

I'd say my sister-in-law but she is a nice girl and is, in fact, human.
