Default Shelby Cobra On Spke t.v.

Today on the SPKE t.v. ("RIDE WITH FUNKMASTER FLEX").

Several times today, the "SPIKE TV" channel will dedicate 1/2 the show to the Shelby Cobra. There will be some sections on the Las Vegas plant, Shelby aluminum engines, test driving of several cars, interviews with Carrol Shelby, etc...

I thought it was a very nice show, must see!

I saw the program last night...

I think Flunkfaster Flick might have scared the hell outta himself... He was complaining about too much horsepower after driving the three cars. (289,427,Series 1)
I'm sure a change of shorts were in order..

I'm sure SA was happy to get all the cars back in one piece...

"SPIKE T.V." use to be TNN, it is advertised as the "men's entertainment/lifestyle network".

Default Funkmaster Flex and Carroll Shelby

A strange venue to promote yourself and ones cars, But definitely keeping with the times!! That was the first time I ever saw one of the original 66 convertible GT350's!! That made it all worth it. Also seeing the 4000 series cars moving along the line was encouraging. at least Flex paid homage to Shelby and The Cobra and kept the two icons in peoples minds. if not for the first time, but a refresher for those who may have forgot about the Man and his Creations. Watching self made Millionaire rappers spend money in such a Blatantly foolish manner I can do without. But I have to agree that FMF is a true Car lover. how long until we see a COBRA with Hydraulics and 22"Rims?? anyone taking that bet??

Well, I'm not a Funk fan but at least he put that Starsky Torino back together respectably. I really wasn't expect that, I was figuring 20" wheels, hydraulics and them spinning wheelcovers. I just got alittle confused when Shelby started talking about the deprived inner city kid-engineers going 170mph in home-made Hondas....You think he's been watching them Fast & Furious shlock movies??
