Saw one years ago, on a 1969 Corvette. It was IGO 469. Don't know how that one slipped through!

A decent 427 - not the worst, not the best, will go from zero to 100 mph and back down again to zero in less than 14 seconds. All thing considered, you can put together a pretty good argument that the 427 Cobra is the ultimate performance car, judged on any basis you want to name." Here in CA. if you have a 1969 car you can have 69 in your plate.

In NC you have 8 letters, most of the obvious Cobra tags (427 SC, 1NCEBITN, etc) are taken, so I came up with:
VENMS427

While mine is already a done deal with " SNKVNNM ", I did think of some off-beat ones. However, someone beat me to the punch with anything related to the "E-Ticket Rides" in Disneyland prior to general admission; that was my original thinking. After exhausting all permuatations of E-Ticket/E-Ticket Ride, I settled on the theme "snake venom", thus my plate.
Reviewing this thread, I wonder if anyone tried: MJRWOOD ?

Mike Wole-Just keep your front plate in the trunk. I've been stopped twice over the last 3 years in IL and 'no front plate' wasn't mentioned. However, my MPH was a point of discussion.

To honor the 4 IDA 48's on the car, "TM WEBER" is on order with CA DMV.
