I am 66 years old. After watching the Bucket List, I knew the Cobra had to get added to this list of "Must Do's" before the final call...
The body style of a Cobra done right is mesmerizing. It looks primevil, savage, steroidal, single purpose. How Carrol Shelby got the design so right is a tribute to his sense of aesthetics.
The car is due to arrive in April/May '09. It's been on order for just over a year. In that period of time I have met some great guys, learned a lot about what goes into an engine and car.
When I told my wife I ordered the car, all she said was to make sure it had heated seats. Then, a month later she said it's time to remodel the kitchen.
That wasn't on the Bucket List!
