Well, for one thing, wives and or girlfriends can get pretty jealous, if you spend to much time in the garage, with your aluminum, steel or fiberglass mistress!

Shortly after I got my Cobra I visited my "car guy" nephew. He and his kids came running out at the sound of it. All the kids wanted to be first to ride in it as he admired it. A few minutes later his wife came out. She acted as if I had brought a much younger, much prettier girlfriend over for him to admire. She definitely treated that car as something that would compete for her husband's time and attention and her money . .. like a mistress.

They are no longer married.

Hi Morris- Yes, we got it to 5 seconds/lap quicker than the previous best. I had to take quite a bit of spring out of the rear as it was too loose with the splitter. Without the rear suspension changes the stock C4 rear has too much bump steer on soft springs. So yes, I’m very pleased so far.
