We are well on our way across the US and heading for FFR on June 16th.
May 30 - Here we are ready to head out from Corvallis, Oregon:
We found a nice Shoe Tree between Burns and Vale, Oregon, It seems that some high school kids started it as a graduation ritual.
May 31 - There was a motel along the way that we decided NOT stay at. I think they need a new marketing manager.
We stopped in Idaho Falls and met up with Blair and Kay Grover. They also treated us to dinner. What a great couple.
Blair is building his FFR without any local owners anywhere near him. That is not an easy thing. It is a 427 FE with carbs -not a lot of fun to tune at altitude.
June 1 - We also followed the Snake river up to Grand Tetons National Park. Here is Donna at a photo op:
