That was a good show...
...can anyone identify the first "7-liter" car he drove (4 COB)?
Sure wasn't a Shelby Cobra.....

Not sure, but I think that the entire show may be on the Speed Channel on Monday, June 18. Hope so!

CW,
Aggressor had some pics of that car. He said that it was the Bill Cosby
car or should I say the Cosby frame section with the serial # which when it had some magic water poured on it grew into that Cobra.
If I can find he pictures I will post them.

Victory by Design is a very interesting show. I am religious about watching it. de Cadenet and the VbD production company have gained access to some of the most historically significant, expensive, and sought after automobiles still existing today, and they don't trailer queen any of them, they get driven. Cool post.

Good catch, Tony....
....Aggressor has the numbers mixed up, though.... that car is CSX3303, not 3033.
The interior is what prompted the post...what a horrific recreation that is.
I trust it has been re-done, again, before it crosses the auction block at Monterey this August.
...at least, losing those click-style 80's lap belts.
I am a little confused, though...how old are these clips? I recall the Russo-Steele pics of the 3303 earlier this year showing it all fitted out like 3015, back in left hand drive and befitted with twin-Paxtons and the bubble hood (before they pulled the car from auction).
Thanks for the info.

So Aggressor is Dyslectic.
I was thinking the same thing about the car when I saw it re done (maybe) for the Russo auction. Was there a duplicate serial numbers on some destroyed Cobras out there? Or maybe Geary's research ran him down a fable on the car. That is the same car that was on VBD, though, no doubt about it.

Agree! Let's not forget the rich bas**** that owns all that beautiful private acreage with its own road course (narrow as it is...so what?). I think we'd all like to have access to that.

The Cobra Daytona segment looks like The Earl of March & Kinrara`s driveway at Goodwood, which is used for the Festival of Speed next weekend (YIPPEE!!!).
Larry Miller brought the Daytona and Cobra 427 over for the 2005 Goodwood Revival across the road at the circuit. Must have been filmed around that time.
