I'm not really excited by the look of them.

I think the rear tires/tyres would throw up a lot of brake dust that would end up out on the body at low speed after heavy braking....Mmmm..

I tend to agree with Bernie. They just don't look right to me, but that is just my opinion and it is your car and if you like them, then that is what counts.

Ron,

Just having grills on the body looks a little plain. Perhaps some type of airscoop may look better..

I run a live axle so getting air in onto the discs would work well. But seeing most Cobras seem to run Jaguar or similiar with inboard discs it would need a little plumping of pipework to direct air onto the disc rotar...

Yes I agree with your point of it's your car and personal choice. Would be different...

It is your Toy so what ever ya like but a couple of other options may work better or look better IMHO. A tin or fiberglass air duct with a scoop could be fashioned to pull air off the bottom of the car and direct to the rear rotor pretty easy. This scoop would only need to be about 1 to 1.5 inch tall ID and say 8 " wide so it would not drag or get hit by road items. Imagine its opening just in front of the tire or even tucked up close to driveline tunnel for extra clearance.
