Hmmm, there are a couple here that match that description, on a couple of the Islands, hard to keep up with them all, owner doesn't currently ring a bell...
A couple of years ago there was NO WAY to legally register a replica Cobra on the Island of Oahu. "We" mostly lurked in the shadows and found various 'ways' to get r done. It was a tight knit brotherhood of hard core Cobra owners during those dark times.
"We" sponsored a bill that was eventually passed allowing for the legalization of various 'kit' type cars, including the Cobras of course. Almost overnight the population of replica Cobras doubled, hard to keep up these days. But our small band of brothers remain a tight knit group who fought the law and won!
