Unless I am mistaken, you are probably going to have to fabricate something and welding may be necessary unless the chassis already has some sort of base on which the mounts can be bolted.
Depending on how far you are away from the border, the easiest thing to do is to get the parts you need, sent to a company that specializes in receiving and sending packages (they are usually located right at the big border crossing points). Go to the US, pick up your parts and bring them through Customs yourself. Of course you should declare the parts when clearing Customs but it is quick and easy.
