I can't wait until the first person does this. I am sure that this state has so many laws they can stop it with some of them. I know that just owning property in another state, Oregon especially in this area, will not get you past the Calif. laws. I believe you have to have all the receipts for utilities and such for at least 6 months a year to legally register a vehicle in Oregon.

sounds completely legal to me, but then again,Mexifornia makes things up as they go along. Gonna need some cat with deeep pockets to try it out, for legal bill will be massive.
