Actually damn nice cars made by AC. CS didn't have anything to do with it other than it was built over a stretched AC 427 chassis. Body was by Frua. Not many built...too asspensive.

Think of it as a nice alternative to a Jensen Interceptor, Iso or one of the big Bristol lugs of the time.

These were known as AC 428's. 51 fastbacks and 28 convertibles were built between '68 & '73. The prototype was aluminum but the balance had steel bodies.
