Wart nose!
I think I could get used to the red stripes. But the the big wart on the nose? 
And the engine? Forget-a-bout-it!

I don't think that "WART" would work in CA. I believe there is a restriction on the height of a hood scoop in CA. and I don't think it is any where close to that. I believe it is around 4", maybe less.

I've seen this before while surfing.
It wouldn't be legal in PA either. they have a rule aboutthings in front of your windshield blocking your view. I think it's like 4" or 3", maybe even smaller. The only thing allowed to block your view are wipers

This has been around a bit. It is built in europe - I think Germany - and is
close to $1 mil. Don't think you will see many on the road. 
At the bottom of the write up it does say limited edition of 15. Good luck!
