It is very appreciated that you did post. As stated the he said she said gets going quickly. You folks at Kirkham are a class act.

RodKnock,
I wouldn't worry about your car becoming a Civic. I think they make more Civics in a hour than we have made in 12 years!
Nik,
No worries. Thanks for the kind words.

David, whether discussing certain production figures of the 289 and 427 cars, informing people of the amount of weight that was lost due to the billet suspension or whatever the factoid maybe, I always enjoy reading your posts.

I did not go back on this Thread to determine if the same info had already been mentioned, might be a duplicate, but in case someone missed the News Release:
The Dec 7th News Release from Time Piece Public Relations & Marketing which was prior to the CSI Annual Shareholder's Meeting on Dec 20th
http://www.timepiecepr.com/news_lice...comments.shtml
" Upon completion of the formal portion of the meeting, John Luft, will present company updates on Carroll Shelby International and Carroll Shelby Licensing. Amy Boylan, President Shelby Automobiles Inc., will provide updated information on Shelby Automobiles."

Interesting comment on ShelbyForums was that SAAC was doing a great job of 'spin control'. I posted that SAAC couldn't hold a candle to Shelby when it comes to spin. Carroll is an absolute master of all things snake oil, smoke, mirrors and spin, he has no equal.

This case will never see a court room. That is my opinion.

I'm guessing it will be decided by a judge........CS is not known for settling anything out of court and will certainly not back back down or give in, and SAAC can't afford to back down or give in, if they do, they are finished!!!!!!! only time will tell......my opinion...
