2008 fund drive for this Great Website!
In the past:
http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/show...obra+donations
I think its time to start the 2008 drive for funds to keep this fantastic site in operation and top notch. I have made the pledge to commit my annual support to this website since it brings me so much regarding Cobra's.
(ie: Our sickness, these cars, demand this website)
Since Brent does not ask for cash I wanted to initiate the task so we can ensure a great 2008 for Club Cobra. Does anyone want to take responsibility for collection? I will be happy to step up, however I do not have Paypal and that appeared to be a great way to get things going in the past.
Maybe we could send direct to Brent?
Any previous organizers game?
Thoughts?

I know I'm new, but I can do this, Jeff. Send paypal donations to danr55@msn.com.
Jeff, send me an email and tell me where you want the cash sent and when.

I like to send mine via money order, so be sure to include a mailing address where checks and such can be sent.

I almost just paypal-ed Turk in an effort to avoid having to re-size my gallery photos.... Seriously, I really would like to contribute, if someone would just tell me how.

I just spoke with Ron last night regarding this matter. I will take a few days to decide my stratagy. I think I may start to collect after Thanksgiving and then run through January.
First I need to set up Pay-Pal incoming account for those that prefer it in addition to setting up a PO Box for Mailing. Once I get everything set up I will verify that I have covered all the details before the collection begins.
Save those pennies.........

Jeff,
Thanks for taking this on. When you get set up, I will mail you my Cashiers Check for you to give to Brent.
Maybe you could ask one of the moderators to make this a sticky until it is over and that way it will always be on the first page. I had to find it down on the 2nd page this morning.

A religion?
Can we call this our religion?..............for tax purposes!
I think I'll bring this up with my tax guy.
Yeah that's right 'Brent the Bishop' & 'Reverend Ron'!
The local clubs being different 'congregations' of the same church.
We worship a snake!
An exciting experience with one of these snakes has been known to leave passengers speaking in tongues!
The more true to the original, the more revered!
Can I get a witness?

Jeff,
Enjoy the vacation. In the past I have always mailed a Cashier's Check in to whoever was running things, so one thing you will need to do is let me have your mailing address when you are ready.
Jdog,
I like your way of thinking, but I could deduct more if you would send your donation in under my name so I can add it to mine. You owe me a ride in that Cobra anyway.
