Guys I will update this week. I took tonight to work on my new floor mounted pedal box and vintage headlight screens.
There has been a flood of checks and paypal the last couple days. Nearing the end.....back to the garage.

Jeff,
Thanks again for doing the "heavy lifting" by coordinating all of the logistics for the fund raiser.

One question regarding the names.
For some you use their site login name, and for others you use their real name. In my case you used my real name. Since I'm new here, and most don't know my real name, it appears that I did not contribute.
Please do not take that to be a complaint. It's not. You are taking your time and effort to support a great site and it's truely appreciated.

Silverback,
Don't worry. Once Brent has the donations and has the site back working so he has time, he will sit down and put a gold cup or some other icon next to your name so everyone can see that you contributed. The list is just for Brent mainly, not for the rest of us to look at and see who did or did not contribute.
By the way, if you get a Silver Star, give it back, it is mine.

Hello Ron
I wasn't worried as I had figured out the gold cup identification thing. I was just curious is all.

You know, on my local Cobra Club board we have a "Karma" feature and an "Applaud," which ups your karma, and a "Smite," which lowers your karma, function that other users can click on. Fellow club members can quietly express their approval or displeasure with whatever it is you're up to. Wonder how that would work out here?

Guys
I did my best to have you give me your given name and CC name. I do not know everyone so you need to tell me both names. The were a bunch that did not give me their CC name. Just PM me and I will take care of it. Either way you will get credit..........
Thanks
Jeff

Damn, I knew I should not have said anything.
As I stated, I'm not upset, and I really do appreciate what you are doing. You are not paid for this and I know these types of things take time and effort that you could expend on other tasks.
More than anything I was curious.
So once again, thank you Jeff for what you are doing.

First, I want to thank Jeff for taking all this time and effort to do this...This kind of good will always amazes me. Secondly, as most of you know, I really, really, am thankful for everything. Like I always say, I truly would do this for free dollars. I enjoy 'nearly' all of the responsibility that goes along with this stuff. Outside of this, I am at a loss for words....
Obviously, we had some expenses this year, with several thousand dollars going towards new servers. Right now I am working to bring the other server online, not as a redundant, but rather to share the load, which should help performance more over coming months. Along those lines, it's obvious that I am still tinkering with the server to find the best performance and reliability combo.
Anyways, thank you, and tomorrow night, I'll begin the owrk to update all the accounts.

Karma and Smite, no it wouldn't work here, I've seen it on other sites, it can be all right in some cases. THIS site is filled with Type A personalities with strong opinions and bad a$$ cars to back it up. We 'smite' on a regular basis around these parts., man it would be a nightmare keeping track of the 'who dunnit'.
I'm very curious what ol' Brent will come up with for those who have contributed three years in a row. Gold cup, Silver Star and ???

Ernie,
How about you inviting all of them over for a week all expense paid with you and Flip. Next year the donations would really pour in.
Jeff, thanks for all of your time and hard work doing this. You deserve something special. How about a week with Ernie. Just beware of his girlfriends.
