Which is odd, as the car sure seems nice enough to speak for itself. Other than the short/funky rollbar (and the winshield tilted all the way down to make the bar not look so short) it is a pretty fine looking car !

Another one just sold for 35,000 about two hours ago. I can't bring up the link, but it was lot # 407. I think it was an ERA w/automatic trans. I only saw the last thirty seconds before it was rolled off. Any info???

Sounds complicated for a car build. Does it mean that the Surety assumes liability in the event that the builder defaults or just responsibility for completion of the build?

That 4000 series is a VERY nice looking ride. The only full bar I've seen that looks good.

So if a car is "Previously Titled as a Surety Bond" who holds title to the car and, presumably, is able to convey ownership (not just possession)?

Did anyone catch the discrepancy in the description "This Best of Show winning roadster performs as well on the street as it does competing for First Place trophies." and then wraps up claiming it was never raced?

I noticed that but figured maybe they had just taken it out on some road course on an open track day once to see how it would handle. Really never figured it had been pushed very hard if it was a top show car.

I think it's meant to be first place show trophies, not race trophies.

Maybe he was competing for car show trophies, not race trophies.
