Evidently, they're still in development.
At least that's what the website says.

Sent those guys an e mail last week asking for an update of the Cobra tire program .... sizes , radial or bias ply , speed rating , tentative availability date etc . As of today , no response . When , and if , I hear anything , I`ll post the answer . It would be nice to have another supplier in the picture .

Take a look under the 'Passenger Performance' heading. They show a 285-60-15 and a 305-60-15 in various tread patterns. Very tall, but The 'FF' tread pattern looks like an asphalt ripper. I do not drive my cars in the rain too much, so wet traction is not a high priority. They also show a 295-50-15, but no matching front. I would do some research, because I have never heard of these guys! IMHO; stick with the Avons for now.

this company might be the same one run by TireGuy. He was all over this a year or two ago, made a few sets for testing and then dissapeared. Probably not enough demand for the investment required.

I don't think anyone plans to drive their Cobra in the rain, but what about an unexpected wet patch of asphalt from sprinklers or cheerleader car wash. No time for slicks then. Something to consider.

I believe Cooper Tires makes 15" tires in various widths, they are known for good truck tires but don't know about their 'street' tires.
