Default Question for Amy B.

Hello Amy, I was reading in one of the earlier threads (shelby/saac...I think)
where you stated that you have 8 or 9 cars.

Could you list your cars please?

thanks & regards, Karl

Hi Karl, thanks for asking! I have been a car girl my whole life, mostly Chevy's, I got my passion from my dad. I have some new, some old, picked up some Ford's lately

Right now I have :

1952 Ford pickup, yellow
1968 Meyer Manx Dune Buggy
1971 Chevelle 396 convertible
1968 El camino, 396 yellow with Black vinyl top
Shelby Series 1 Silver with Blue stripes
2005 mustang, blue, with SC, everyday car
2008 Shelby GT-C Orange
2007 Shelby GT500 Orange

I posted on the Team Shelby site that I am now on a "short car rope". I have spent too much and had promised to sell the dune buggy and the el camino.
So, no more toys till I do that.

Default Very nice list.

Hello Amy, thanks for your reply. That is a very nice list of cars. I was not sure what to expect but that answered the question.
Yeah, the dune buggy does not fit at all. How about keep the el camino and sell the truck?
Regards, Karl

Thanks Karl, the Dune buggy was something I bought when I moved to California. Growing up on the east coast, I always thought they were cool and you hardly ever saw them, so when I moved here 10 years ago, it was for sale, it had been garaged and left for 15 years, the original owner built it and drove it every day. I had it fixed up and it's a fun car. Never drive it except maybe once a year.

I will sell it though, someone emailed me today

Ok Amy. I just read your laundry list of cars off to my wife so that she knows I'm not crazy when I say I want to add another car to the collection. Not sure if it's going to work, but worth a shot!

Cool and diverse collection by the way....You should post some pictures!

Hey Amy, Nice group of cars! What are the Serial Numbers of your 3 Shelbys? I'd be interested to know what the perks are of being President.

Sorry CV, I had typed up a whole response and decided against it, as I thought for a moment you were really interested. Then I read your other posts....

But, thanks for asking

Amy

Good call Amy, glad to see you didn't fall for it. I was thinking seriously about giving you a heads up but figured the thread was to old.
