Private info act
TButtrick I don't know but 20 years ago there would be no problem telling you, or asking the ERA company. Today all that is out the window. The other problem is thiefs hunt on the web site and find out where you live. Next thing you know your car and trailer are gone while you are at work and the other half is shopping. I have a friend that lost his 70 GS triple black convert Buick. Car was a solid 2. Almost perfect. I told him to chain the trailer to trees and block it in with a spare truck. He didnot. The insurance only covered 20% of the car and trailer value. Yes he found the car and trailer in Camden NJ about 30 miles away. Both where stripped and set on fire. He owned and showed this car since 77. Cops did nothing, they are too busy. I have mine cabled to my floor in the garage and keep a truck or car infront that is not moveable. My neighbors and me all watch each others houses, 24/7. Ted still has the car and is going to rebuild it a little at a time with another shell. He is hoping to find the engine trans and convert top from the car. These where taking off carefully for either another car or to sell. Ted goes to all the swap meets on the east coast. There are special marks and ID# stampped into the parts. GOD HELP the guy who is found with them or for sale. Ted is ex vietnam vet. Rick L.

I believe I know the owner, saw the car twice at shows. It is as clean as it looks. Have no idea what he wants for it but will attempt to find out.
Bill S.
PS: Car to the best of my knowledge is not located in Linden, NJ

Todd it could pass for the twin of mine. It's an older one, I can tell because its not a bar car.

On the early ERA cars the roll bar tubes were behind the bulkhead in back of the seats. Later cars the tubes were exposed like a csx. I think thats what was meant by a bar car.

Cobred is correct, in picture of the cobra Todd posted you can see how the roll bar stops at the body, if you look at the newer ERAs the roll bar is visable behind the seat. I have the older style on ERA 148, not sure what body # was the start of the bar cars.

Rick- I've seen Ron's car and they are indeed painted white. His wheels are magnesium Halibrands.

T Buttrick-E Bay shows the location of the vehicle as New Jersey; some of the photos show a license plate of LX2-42P, can't tell if its a NJ plate. Also the upside down photo of the ERA plate looks like the number 227? Details/description seem awfully vague, I'd want a lot more info, too! Maybe somebody at the NJ DMV can help you.
