There are some great ones so far.
My favorites:
" Never argue with an idiot - people watching may not be able to tell the difference"
"If you kick a tiger in the ass you had better have a plan for dealing with the teeth"
Courtesy of my previous boss: (some of the PG ones)
"He is the one eyed bastard amongst the blind"
"You can't spit and lick it"
"sometimes you have to be the lion, sometimes the lamb"
"There is no half pregnant"
"No solution? No problem!"
"The carrot or the stick, either way I'll get what I want"
When he retired we compiled a list of over 130 of his sayings.

Tom,
Now that you started this thread, I think you should choose a winner. You can decide on the catigory funniest, most origonal, 'aint that the truth, etc. Then ya can give the winner a car.
Heck I would even settle for a ride in your car.

Idle Time Is The Devils Playground
Its amazing that " your favorite saying" was asked for and how many of you came back numerous times with mulitple answers. It just proves
"COMMON SENSE ISN'T COMMON"
If you finish in second place, you're the first loser.
and remember
"Money can buy everything but poverty"

An Irish Blessing. . .

I used to save this one for slow learners while instructing at Skip Barber:
" No reason to make the same mistate more than 8 or 9 times"
One of the other instructors always would say- "Helmets on! Opening in the Front!"

You know the saying: "People who do not learn from the past are condemned to repeat it." It's even worse for those of us who DO learn from the past. We're condemned to be driven nuts by having to live in the same world with those idiots who refuse to learn from the past.
