Wrecked 97 Cougar

I have a chance to buy a frontend damaged '97 LX 30th Annv. Edition Mercury Cougar, they hit a rock!. 4.6, Auto, IRS-disc brakes. It struck a rock in the front end. Motor and spindles OK, PS rack questionable, Radiator wasted. Load it on my trailer with salvage title. How much is it worth? Anyone Need any parts?
