John,

Yes, flipped at >100mph on turn 3 at Summit Point about 5 years ago. Nasty business for both me and the car. Became an arm restraint evangelist because of that!

I'm healed pretty much and the car has been rebodied and upgraded about 40 times. Wish I could have been rebodied too

I've run at Roebling Road, Gainesville and Sebring since then and enjoyed all immensely, along with about another 10,000 miles of street use.

BTW, working on assembling a 557

Tom

It's doing great. It ran 12.6 AFR on the dyno, all the way to red line. It even does great at idle, no watery eyes from unspent hydrocarbons That's even more amazing given the heavy hitting cam on my KC Pond 482. Throttle response is instantaneous, at pretty much any rpm >2000 rpms. The cost was less that a Holley 950HP, even with the CNC'd billet base and metering plates

Stefanog that is a great transformation. I like the new color scheme, much racier looking.

Since 2006, after FFR was fully registered:

* Radiator front nose aluminum
* Chrome Roll bars
* Aluminum spats
* Vic Jr. heads
* BG 650DP
* Lined driver side aluminum foot box with Thermatec
* expanded right side of drivers foot box 1"
* added dead pedal
* replaced radiator for the 3rd time - screw RD radiators - got a normal Mustang replacement - ZERO problems after a year.
* transitioned from silver ceramic exhaust paint to White Ceramic exhaust paint for side pipes
* Converted chrome/polished valve covers and air filter cover to black crinkle (FRPP)
* Added power brakes (got tired of holding the car on uphill traffic) with remote reservoirs.
* Replaced 'pressure' type brake lamp switch with regular lamp switch at the pedal (ala Mustang).
