The Mexican Shelby CSX BS Cobra Investment
Talk with a genteman today who advised me to invest in a few CSX Shelby Cobra's .."They are authentic, with Shelby plaque, and signed by Carrol himself", he continued...After some discussion and questions of why pay
145k for a Spanish Fiberglass CSX 427 Cobra ???? I was surprised to find out they are built in Mexico, and after viewing the fine machine (body mounted wrong on chassis, odd gaps, and other fine features from south of the border, I thought to myself, just another reason of my distaste for the so called CSX heritage hype. But actually, most people out there in the world really don't know, and the man has had other successful business ventures.....so maybe I will buy I few, as he looked me in the eye and said "Trust Me" when Shelby is laid to rest........These Spanish CSX cars will go straight up in value. I guess just drive my Kirkham and stock pile some Spanish Cobras.

All you have to do is send them a deposit.

Are the gauges in English or Spanish, if Spanish it might increase the future value as that will be the accepted language here in the US as it is getting taken over by folks from south of the border..

Not sure who you were talking to regarding investing in "Spanish CSX 427 Cobras."
A couple of comments:
- CSX 4000 fiberglass rollers are made by HST (in Mexico) and Hi-Tech (in South Africa). I am guessing you are referring to one made by HST.
- You can buy a very nicely done fiberglass CSX 4000 car for far less than $145k.
- Not sure I'd be "investing" in any Cobra/Cobra replica at this time and expect substantial appreciation in value (unless you are investing in an original).
Perhaps you should look elsewhere for investment advice.
Enjoy your Kirkham. They are very nice cars.

Woke up this a.m. and found the "PPP" light flashing on the console at CC Mod HQ.
That is, "Purposely Provocative Post"
otomix, looking at your past posts, if this is another drive-by, it will have a short half-life. If you are conducting a discussion I should see you participate on this thread.
...on the watch list.

Nah..................this guy has better grammar and knows how to spell much better than Lewis.
I agree with Slentor above. If you are looking for "investments", then I would look elsewhere. If you are looking for a car to have fun with (although you already seem to have that covered), then the glass CSX cars are a good way to go. -However, I would go for the Hi-Tech version over the HST (but I'm biased).

I have just come into partial ownership of a bridge here that crosses the Missisippi, we need some investors to solidify its value, trust me.........you can't lose on this one.

Make up your mind: Are these Mexican or Spanish Cobras?
Just because Spanish is spoken in most of Mexico does not mean Spanish and Mexican are one and the same.

Forget about it! -There are WAY too many illegal Mexicans in Arizona for me to buy any property there!
